Apple Carrot Quick Bread

A healthy bread for children and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c peeled shredded apples
  • 1/2 c shredded carrots
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix the first four ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a 9 x 5 loaf pan or 3 mini's and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
