Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 2 large eggs
- 15 ounces pumpkin
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Mix crust per directions and line 8" pie pan.
3. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
4. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
5. Stir in pumpkin and spice mix.
6. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
7. Pour into shell.
8. Bake 15 minutes.
9. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake 40 to 50 minutes.
10. Refrigerate.
