Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lbs rump roast, cooked and sliced
- 2 c water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 pkg Italian sausages cut into slices
- Few slices of jalapeno peppers depending on how hot you want your beef
Preparation
Step 1
Cut roast into slices add the remaining ingredients to crock pot and simmer for about 4 to 5 hours. Serve on buns. Put slices of green pepper, jalapeno peppers, and mozzarella cheese in bowls for toppings. Let guests add their favorite topping.
