Ingredients
- 2 lbs mahi-mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Mixed salad greens
Preparation
Step 1
Grill fillets. Mix all other ingredients together into dressing. Place grilled fillets on top of greens and pour mixture over entire thing.
