Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 16 oz, crab
  • 2 T minced parsley
  • 2 T minced scallions
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 t dry mustard
  • 1 t Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1 cup Panko crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all, form into patties and roll in more panko crumbs. Chill one hour before cooking.
