Ingredients
- 16 oz, crab
- 2 T minced parsley
- 2 T minced scallions
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t dry mustard
- 1 t Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1 cup Panko crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all, form into patties and roll in more panko crumbs. Chill one hour before cooking.
