Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 cups nonfat evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix crust per directions and line 8" pie pan.
3. Combine pumpkin, sugar and spices.
4. Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.
5. Pour into shell.
6. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
