Ingredients
- 1 MEDIUM BANANA
- 1 1/2 CUPS STRAWBERRIES HULLED
- 1 CUP FAT FREE STRAWBERRY YOGURT
- 1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 TSP HONEY
Preparation
Step 1
PEEL AND DICE THE BANANA. QUARTER 1/2 OF THE STRAWBERRIES AND COMBINE THE BANANA. FREEZE UNTIL SOLID. KEEP REMAINING STRAWBERRIES REFRIGERATED. JUST BEFORE SERVING, PUREE THE FROZEN FRUIT, YOGURT, VANILLA, AND HONEY IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH. SPOON INTO DESSERT DISHES AND DECORATE WITH REMAINING STRAWBERRIES.
