bacon and broccoli mac and cheese

  • 3 C broccoli, steamed
  • 8 ounces cooked rigatoni
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 1/2 tbs flour
  • 1 1/4 C Milk
  • 4 ounces cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter in pan, add flour and cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Then add milk to mixture and bring to a boil. stirring constantly with a whisk cook for 1 min or until thick, remove from heat. add cheese until smooth then add broccoli and pasta.
