Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1-1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cake:
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fresh cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. Mix ingredients for crust together and press into bottom of an 8" springform pan.

Cake:
3. Blend cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla in blender until smooth.
4. Pour over crust.
5. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool for 20 minutes.

Topping:
7. Mix sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
8. Spread on cake.
9. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
10. Cool and add cherries.
