Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. salt
- unbaked 9 in pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well together. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then turn oven down to 350 and bake an additional 35-40 minutes or until pie is firm and cake tester comes out clean.
