Ingredients
- 4-5 lb. pork roast
- 1 tsp, salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 8oz. bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 8oz. jar orange marmalade
Preparation
Step 1
Season meat with salt and pepper. Place meat, fat side up, in roaster. Roast at 350° for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Combine barbecue sauce and orange marmalade; simmer over low heat. Baste meat with sauce during last 1/2 hour of roasting. Serve with remaining sauce.
