Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped rosemary
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine garlic, oregano, rosemary and oil in a large ziploc bag;season with salt and pepper. Add chicken wings; seal bag and turn to coat. Chill at least one hour to overnight(You can marinate the chicken 1 day ahead- the longer it marinates-the more yummy they are)
2. Prepare grill. Preheat to medium heat. Remove wings from marinade. Grill wings, cover the grill and turn occasionally until golden brown and crisp 15-20 minutes
