Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 pinch Ground Red Chili Pepper
  • 1/5 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Smucker's Simply Fruit Smucker's Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Clover Honey

Preparation

Step 1


1. Clean chicken and trim all visible fat. Place chicken on plate.
2. Combine marmalade, honey, mustard, ginger and red pepper in small bowl. Mix well.
3. Brush half of marmalade mixture over chicken breasts.
4. Grill chicken for 10 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Baste with remaining marmalade mixture.
