Turtle Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup plus 2 T caramel topping, divided
  • 1 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup plus 2 T pecan pieces, divided
  • 1 cup 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 pkgs 2 pkgs (4 serv each) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 t 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 8 oz 8 oz cool whip, thawed and divided

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with /2 cup pecans. Beat milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cool whip. Spread into crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with pecans and drizzle remaining caramel with fork over top.
