Ingredients
- 5 - 6 lb. beef roast
- 1/2 bottle vadalia onion dressing
- toasted sourdough rolls or french rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from roast. Cut into 2-inch chunks; place in slow cooker. Pour vidalia onion dressing over top; cook on high 5 hours or on low 7-8 hours. Shred meat with fork. Serve on toasted sourdough rolls or french rolls.
