Sweet Potato Pie - Easy

Ingredients

• 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
• 5 eggs
• 2 cup ssugar
• 1 1/2 sticks butter
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 2 t vanilla or lemon extract

Preparation

Step 1

Miss all ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake 375 degree for 55 to 60 minutes.
