German Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • I double this:
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 2 TBLS.flour
  • 2 tsp. salt ( don't double this)
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 qt. potato's
  • 1/4 c. onions

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon,remove bacon and keep 1/4 c. of fat in skillet,add vinegar and water,flour,sugar,salt,and pepper. Cook until it thickens then add bacon, and onions mix with your potatoes.

I double it and cut up more potatoes because i like the left overs.
