Gingered Orange sauce for Tuna ( or other fish)

Delicious orange sauce good on mostly any fish.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C Orange juice
• 1 T gingerroot grated
• 2 t honey
• 2 t dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to boil and simmer to reduce. If I run out of time sometimes I add a little cornstarch and water to thicken.
