Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peeled and cubed raw potatoes
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of nutmeg Dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes and carrots in small saucepan; drain and set aside.
Cook broccoli in separate saucepan; drain and set aside.
Melt butter in sauce¬pan: add flour and stir until smooth.
Slowly add milk.
Bring to a boil until thickened.
Add salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Then add potatoes, carrots, and broccoli.
