Ingredients
- Beef liver meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- Oil
- Onions (chopped into wedges)
- Water or Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper liver.
Flour liver on both sides.
Put oil in skillet and allow it to get hot.
Fry liver on both sides until done.
Remove liver from skillet.
Sautee onion in remaining oil.
Remove onions.
Leave a little bit of oil in skillet but not too much.
Add flour (2T or more), and a little water or milk.
Stir to make gravy.
Note: Liver is good with or without making the gravy.
