Skillet Cabbage

Ingredients

• 1 cabbage
• 2 T to 4T butter
• 2 T to 4T olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Slice cabbage.
Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet.
Place sliced cabbage in skillet.
Cook down until tender.
Salt and pepper to taste.
