Ingredients
- 1 lb. red potatoes, quartered
- 2 T. diced onion
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1 T. honey
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly coat an 11x7” baking dish with Pam. Place potatoes in a single layer in dish; top with onion. In small bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper; drizzle over potatoes and onion.
Bake for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
