Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Bacardi superior rum
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime
- 1 part pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp simple syrup or 4 tsp sugar
- Club soda
Preparation
Step 1
Muddle mint leaves and lime in a shaker. Cover with Bacardi rum, pomegranate juice and simple syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Top with splash of club soda. Garnish with lime wedge and sprigs of mint.
