Honey Lime Halibut

Ingredients

  • MARINADE:
  • 1 lb. halibut steaks
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add the halibut and leave in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place fish in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 400* and cook for approximately 10 minutes per inch thickness or until fish is close to flakiness. Baste with marinade several times. Or grill it following the same rules.

Garnish with slices of lime.
