Ingredients
- Salad:
- 5 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 medium avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced or cubed and tossed with lemon juice
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
- Dressing:
- 1 cup cucumber ranch dressing
Preparation
Step 1
1. On a large serving platter or a 13x9-inch glass baking dish, arrange salad ingredients in rows, or if desired, arrange individual salads on lettuce lined plates.
2. Spoon dressing over salad and serve.
