Ingredients
- Triple Citrus Glaze:
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pinch kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil and then simmer till a syruppy base. Enough for 2 salmon steaks. Double if having more. Brush over salmon during last half of grilling and at end before you serve. delicious!
