Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb hot sausage browned and drained (cooled)
- 1 lb. sharp cheddar grated
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt
Cut in margarine
Stir in milk, cooled sausage and sharp cheddar
I double the recipe and use 1 hot and 1 mild sausage
Also put dough in ziplock bag and refrigerate and make as needed
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes
