KFC POTATO WEDGE

  • 5 BAKING POTATOES, CUT INTO WEDGES
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 CUP FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP SALT
  • 1 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP MSG
  • 1/4 TSP PAPRIKA
  • 1 DASH GARLIC POWDER

Preparation

Step 1

1) CUT POTATOES INTO 16-18 EQUAL SIZE WEDGES

2) MIX THE EGGS AND MILK UNTIL WELL BLENDED IN A BIG BOWL

3) MIX DRY INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE BOWL

4) PUT POTATOES IN MILK AND EGG THEN INTO FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL WELL BLENDED

5) FRY FOR 3 MINUTES REMOVE FROM OIL AND ALLOW THEM TO SIT FOR 1 MINUTE AND THEN COOK THEM AGAIN FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED.
