Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 3 cups grated carrots
• 4 lg eggs
• FROSTING
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 1b. powdered sugar
• 1 cube butter
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together cake ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 40 minutes.

Beat together frosting ingredients. Top with walnuts and coconut.
