Ingredients
- 2 cups drained cooked spinach
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbl matzo meal
- 2 eggs
- garlic powder
- 1/4 cup oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. If still loose add more matzo meal. Heat oil in skillet, add batter & fry. For a variation, substitute any cooked vegetable for the spinach.
