Ingredients
- 1 Stick butter
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Dry Basil
- 1 1/2 lbs. Large Cooked Shrimp, de-veined, de-shelled, and cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Provalone Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Dry Parsley
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Spread the dough over a 12" or 13" pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a large skillet, saute the garlic in the butterfor about 3 minutes over medium high heat. Add the lemon juice, parsley, basil, black pepper, and the shrimp and saute for about 3 to 4 minutes. Blend and stir and then pour the mixture over the pizza and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 7 minutes and remove from oven and spread the provalone cheese. Bake until cheese has melted and the bottom has turned a golden brown. Remove and let cool a minute and then slice and serve.
