Marinated Artichoke Hearts & Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2- 9oz pkgs frozen artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 c salad oil
  • 1/2 c lemon juice
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 T diced pimento

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare hearts as label directs-drain thoroughly. Mix oil and next 7 ingredients until well blended. Add hearts, mushrooms and pimentos. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
