- cup Original Bisquick® mix

- tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 1 1
- teaspoon salt
- 1 1
- tablespoon butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
1 Beat eggs in medium bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Stir in milk, potatoes, Bisquick mix, onions and salt. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet.
2 Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into skillet.
3 Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
