Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- olive oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 14.5 ounce cans Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 14.5 ounce cans Progresso Kidney Beans
- 1 14.5 ounce can (about 1 3/4 cups) chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown turkey in a medium frying pan with three tablespoons of olive oil and a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
2. While the meat is browning chop up the onion and bell pepper.
3. Combine everything in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours
or low for 6-8. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
4. Serve with cheese, sliced green onion, greek yogurt, and chopped cilantro.
