Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 lg can crushed pineapple
  • (do not drain juice)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 slices bread, cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, add sugar. Beat egg and add to melted butter mixture. Add pineapple with juice and bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
