She Crab Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 Small Onion, minced
  • 1 Rib Celery
  • 4 Tbs. Flour
  • 2 Cups Fish Stock (Kitchen Basics Seafood)
  • 2 Cups Half & Half
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Sherry
  • 1 Lb. Crab Meat

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion and celery in butter, add flour, stir; add stock and cream. Blend well and add next 5 ingredients. Cook 20 minutes until thick. Add sherry and crab meat. Garnish with fresh parsley.
