Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups plus 1 tbsp. all purpose flour, divided
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (2 cups)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups flour, nuts, sugars and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Add butter; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1-1/4 cups of the mixture. Pat remaining mixture on bottom of ungreased 13x9" baking pan.
2. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egs, remaining tsp. cinnamon, allspice and salt; mix well. Pour evenly over crust.
3. Mix reserved crumbs wiht remining 1 tbsp. flour. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes. Serve warm. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
