Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbls fresh lemon juice
- dash of sea salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hrs
