Ingredients
- Peaches, quartered
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Dry white wine
- 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Drizzle olive oil over grill and place peaches on grill, cooking until golden brown.
2. Mix sugar, brandy and lemon juice and pour over peaches. Marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Mix Mascarpone and vanilla.
4. Place peaches in glass.
5. Fill half full with wine and top with dollop of Mascarpone mixture.
