Ingredients
- pan drippings from roasted pork
- 1 Tbsp. green peppercorns-lightly crushed
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 3 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
Step 1
pour pan drippings in a saucepan and heat over medium-high. add peppercorns and heat 1 minute, then add brandy, heat another minute and finally the cream. stir until thickened but do not boil.
