green peppercorn sauce

Ingredients

  • pan drippings from roasted pork
  • 1 Tbsp. green peppercorns-lightly crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 3 Tbsp. cream

Preparation

Step 1

pour pan drippings in a saucepan and heat over medium-high. add peppercorns and heat 1 minute, then add brandy, heat another minute and finally the cream. stir until thickened but do not boil.
