Ingredients
- 1 large ham (5 lbs or more)
- 1 10-oz jar apple or guave jelly
- 1 Tbl. prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 1lb5oz can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Heat ham at 325 for time indicated on label. 1/2 hour before end of cooking time, remove ham from oven and score fat in diamonds. Combine jelly and mustard, stir in pineapple juice. Cook to boiling, simmer 2-3 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of glaze over ham and return to oven. Spoon on remaining glaze at two 10 min. intervals.
Heat cherry pie filling and raisins to boiling. Add to ham on serving platter
