Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic- smashed with side of knife
  • 3 tbsp ground ginger
  • 3-4 lbs chicken wings

Preparation

Step 1

whick together all ingredients except chicken. place chicken wings i a large zip top food container. pour marinade over wings , seal bag and turn to coat evenly. refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
preheat grill to medium high . remove chicken wings and discard marinade. grill 8-10 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until goldne brown and cooked through
