Ingredients

  • 2 oz chicken sausage
  • salt pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 oz skim mozzarella shreded
  • 1/4 c mexican salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the chicken sausage and season
with salt and ppeper.
Add the eggs scramble.
Place on the plate and top with cheese.
Serve with salsa on the side.
