Ingredients
- 1/2 can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 C. canned milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pumpkin, milk and egg. In a seperate bowl mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and flour. Combine the two mixtures and cook over boiling water in a double boiler.
