Cheese & Bacon Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen potato wedges (675g)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven according to package directions. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Immediately sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onions, continue baking for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with sour cream.
