Spinach Salad with Maple Mustard Dressing

This dressing is sweet and goes great with the salty beans and bacon.

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1/4 c Maple Syrup
• 3 tb Cider Vin
• 1 tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tb Dijon Mstrd
• S&P
• Salad:
• 1 can Great Northern Bean rinse & drain
• 1/2 c Green Onion sliced thin
• 1/2 c Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
• 5 Bacon slices, cooked & crumbled
• 2 pkgs Fresh Baby Spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Dressing:
Combine all with whisk
Microwave 1 min.
Salad:
Microwave Beans 1 min.
Combine green onion thru spinach in bowl
Add dressing & beans, toss to coat
