Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chopped frozen mango, partially thawed
- 1/4 cup peach nectar
- 3/4 cup peach frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mango and peach nectar in a blender. Pulse to chop mango.
Add frozen yogurt and vanilla yogurt to mango mixture.
Process mixture until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
Secret Tip:
Most tropical fruits freeze well. Buy mangoes and papaya-even bananas- when they are in season and inexpensive. Peel and seed the mangoes and papaya, cut into chunks and arrange on a plate so that the fruit is not touching. Place in the freezer. When frozen, place the pieces in a resealable plastic bag. Wrap an unpeeled banana in plastic wrap to freeze.
