Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh lump crab meat
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 t. chopped onion
- 1/2 t. mustard
- 1/2 t. Old Bay Seasoning (or to taste)
- Dash salt or to taste
- softened butter
- 10 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first eight ingredients. Spread the muffins with soft butter and top with the crab mixture. Broil 5 inches from the heat for 2-3 mins. Cut in half for appetizers. (May be made ahead, refrigerated and reheated in a 250 degree oven for 5-10 mins.)
