Ingredients
- 4 grilled chicken breasts
- 4 t. hoisin sauce
- 2 c. watermelon
- 3 T. fresh mint
- 1/4 c fat free feta
- 1 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
Preparation
Step 1
1) coat each breast with hoisin sauce and heat
2) in small bowl, mix watermelon, mint, feta, vinegar, olive oil and onion
3) top each breast with salsa mixture
