Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1


Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil and eggs. Pour batter into a greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
